My work in 2026 thus far has focused on exploring the color and shape relationships I observe in the Provincelands during my hikes. I am particularly interested in the different colors present in the environment, and how they reflect on dune grass root “tumbleweeds” in the “duneland” environment. I am making a series of monotypes that chronicle these color and shape relationships at different times of day and in different seasons.
